A Cancer Diagnosis is Expensive — We’re Here to Help
Cancer is not only a health crisis but often a financial one. The cost of cancer treatment can range from tens of thousands to over $100,000, depending on the type, stage, and duration of care. Even with health insurance, many people diagnosed with cancer face crushing out-of-pocket expenses — including deductibles, co-pays, travel, lodging, and lost income. In fact, cancer patients are more than twice as likely to declare bankruptcy compared to those without cancer.
For families already managing everyday financial responsibilities, a diagnosis can mean choosing between paying for treatment and keeping the lights on. That’s why our organization is committed to easing the financial burden of cancer so patients can focus on what matters most — healing.
